Used to be my favorite Texas sausage and I can give you a TX tour of meat markets that make great sausage. Burton's has done the same thing Chappel Hill, Meyers and others have done, been successful, changed to mass production and over processing and lost the meat market texture and taste. We knew each other for at least 20 years, goodbye old friend.

BSC has the best sausage in Central Texas. And if you are going to drive by there, me hungry and grab a couple of $1 sausage wraps in bread. It is either a hot or mild pork beef combo sausage link, yum yum.! :-)
